SERVICE / REPAIR RMA PACKAGE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Remove all Rackmount Brackets and Accessories from the unit.
STEP 2: Place the unit in the original retail box if it is available. The retail box will include the product bar code on the side of the box.
STEP 3*: Place the retail box in a shipping box. DO NOT use the retail box as the shipping box. Shipping label should be placed on the shipping box. DO NOT place label on the retail box.
STEP 4 (OPTIONAL): If instructed, include the Power Supply WITHOUT the Base cord.
An RMA is required for any return.
