Our system defaults to charging sales tax for any shipment to Texas. Tax Exempt status is not automatic and can only be changed by our administrators.

If you qualify for Texas Sales Tax Exemption status:

• You will have to register as a customer and create an account on our website.
• You will need to email us a completed TEXAS SALES AND USE TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE form to us along with your customer/account information so our administrators can update your account to reflect your Texas Sales Tax Exempt status.
• Once your request for TEXAS SALES AND USE TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE form is submitted, we will update your profile and notify you via email when it is complete.
• Please wait to complete your order until after we have made the updates to your account, and you have received your confirmation email about your exemption status. If you decide to complete your order prior to our system update to your account and you make a purchase with tax included, we will NOT be able to refund any tax charged.
